# Terms of Use

By using Summarize ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

## Service
The App generates short summaries of text or images you submit. Summaries are produced by automated AI and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.

## Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

## Subscriptions
- A subscription (weekly or yearly) is required after your free summary.
- Payment is charged to your Apple/Google account.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime via your device's subscription settings.
- **Credits:** subscribers receive 20 summaries per week. Unused summaries do not roll over; the balance resets to 20 at the start of each subscription week.

## Acceptable use
You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

## Third-party services
The App uses OpenAI for summarization and Apple/Google/RevenueCat for billing. Their terms also apply.

## Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App or reliance on its output.

## Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
